Created by George Booth, a bartender at Lo-Jo’s Social in Copenhagen, this cocktail is named after his dog Mac and is the perfect balance of sweet and sour.
50ml Jameson Black Barrel
The juice of 1 fresh Granny Smith apple
10ml Rosemary Syrup
20ml Vanilla Gomme
1 egg white
A sprinkle of dried rosemary
Shake Jameson Black Barrel, Calvados, apple juice, Rosemary Syrup, Citron, Vanilla Gomme, egg white and a sprinkle of dried rosemary together with ice.
Strain into a glass and serve.
