‘Blossom to Bottle’ by Conor Smith

How good does this cocktail created by Conor Smith from Berts Jazz Bar look? He developed it for the Jameson Barrelman’s Homecoming competition!

Cocktail Ingredients

60ml Apple Infused Jameson
30ml Fresh Apple Juice
15ml Homemade Apple Honey
Tempted Dry Cider
Sliced apple to garnish

Cocktail Method

Stir the whiskey, honey and apple juice over ice.

Serve in a highball glass over ice and top up with cider.

Garnish with slices of apple.
