We’re continuing our Irish Whiskey Cocktail Series by sharing some of our favourite Summer Whiskey cocktails.
Jameson Black Barrel Apple Barrel
40ml Jameson Black Barrel
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
10ml Creme de Mure
Dash of cloudy apple juice
Add the Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Creme de Mure together to the shaker and shake.
Pour over ice into a tumble and top up with apple juice.
Garnish with a wedge of apple.
Eat rest of apple as a nutritious snack (optional).
