100g Butter
100g Light brown sugar
375g Tin of condensed milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla
80ml Double cream
4 Tablespoons whiskey
1 tsp Sea salt flakes
110g Plain flour
2 Large eggs
250ml Whole milk
50g Butter
2 Bananas
100ml Salted caramel whiskey sauce (see above)
Knob of butter
2 Tablespoons of water
