The Boilermaker is an American tradition which has been given a Northern Irish twist at The Dirty Onion – an old whiskey warehouse, now converted into a traditional bar.
The menu created by whiskey experts suggests various whiskey and beer pairings. Served on bespoke boards made of authentic Irish whiskey barrel staves, the Boilermaker is an experience to be savoured.
