Teriyaki beef, chicken roulade, duck bon bon, French trimmed lamb, fondant potato, tenderstem brocoli, wild mushrooms and sweet potato purée. Served with Powers Three Swallow Release.
Dessert
Raspberry and Lemon tart with vanilla bean and wild raspberry ice cream. Served with Powers John’s Lane.
