This prestige dining experience featured a range of Redbreast Whiskeys, paired with different courses at Waterman Restaurant.
Each food course was curated by Niall McKenna and Head Chef Aaron McNeice, with whiskey pairings chosen by Prestige Irish Whiskey Developer Joe Magowan.
